3. Payment Terms and Currencies

• All fees for services are clearly defined in individual agreements, invoices, or custom payment links provided to the client prior to transaction.
• Payments are processed in Euros (EUR) or United States Dollars (USD) via secure payment gateways (including credit card payment links).
• The client is responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their issuing bank.

4. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information and documentation required for service delivery.
• Comply with agreed deadlines for submitting necessary materials.
• Pay all agreed service fees on time.

5. Limitation of Liability

• While we apply maximum professional diligence to every case, the final decision to grant visas, residence permits, or approvals rests exclusively with government authorities. The Company cannot guarantee official government approvals.
• The Company shall not be liable for delays, refusals, or losses resulting from client-provided false information, missing documents, or changes in governmental legislation.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
