REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At RSX HOLDING LIMITED, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with our consulting and strategy services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and procedures for requesting cancellations and refunds.

1. General Principles

Due to the custom and advisory nature of our services (case audits, strategy development, document preparation), refunds are assessed based on the stage of service execution at the time of the request.

2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

• Cancellation before work commences (within 14 days of payment): If you request a cancellation before our team has begun work on your case, audit, or strategy, you are eligible for a 100% refund, minus any third-party payment processing fees incurred.
• Cancellation after work has started: If a cancellation request is received after initial consultation, document audit, or strategy preparation has commenced, a partial refund may be issued proportionate to the unperformed portion of the service.
• Completed Services: Once a consultation, strategy document, or customized advisory package has been fully delivered to the client, no refund will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• Refusal or delay of residency/visa applications by government authorities due to factors outside the Company's control, changes in migration laws, or prior criminal records/prohibitions of the client.
• Submission of inaccurate, fraudulent, or altered documents by the client.
• Failure by the client to provide required documents within agreed timeframes.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing Time

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
• Refunds will be credited exclusively to the original payment card or payment method used during the transaction.
