RSX HOLDING LIMITED provides digital, consulting, and professional advisory services. No physical goods or physical shipping are involved in our service delivery.

2. Order Confirmation and Delivery Process

• Immediate Confirmation: Upon successful payment via credit card or payment link, an automated receipt and confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
• Onboarding & Scheduling (within 1–2 business days): A dedicated client manager will reach out via email or phone within 24–48 hours to gather initial information, schedule introductory consultations, or provide access to the client portal.
• Strategy & Document Preparation: Delivery timelines for customized strategy reports, document reviews, or case preparation will be specified in the client agreement (typically ranging from 3 to 10 business days depending on case complexity).

3. Delivery Channels

Services and deliverables (reports, strategy guides, document checklists, official requests) are provided via secure electronic communication, including:

4. Delays and Customer Support
